By using The Intern Edge (theinternedge.in), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Companies must be legally registered entities.

2. The intermediary model

The Intern Edge acts as an agent between students and companies. All communication flows through our admin desk. Direct contact between students and companies is not permitted through the platform.

3. Paid internships only

We list only paid internships. Stipends listed on postings are agreements between the company and intern — we mediate but are not the employer.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person or entity. Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresentation lead to termination.

5. Subscription plans

Student and company subscription plans are billed via Stripe. Free plans include display advertising. Paid plans unlock premium features described on the pricing page. Refunds within 7 days if service is not used.

6. Certificates

Certificates of Experience are issued by The Intern Edge upon confirmation from the placing company. Falsifying attendance or performance data is grounds for immediate termination and certificate revocation.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or hateful language
• Attempting to bypass the admin-mediation layer
• Scraping, spamming, or automated abuse
• Uploading malicious files

8. Liability

The Intern Edge is not liable for disputes between students and companies once a placement is made. We mediate in good faith but do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary payments, or company conduct post-placement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
